Membership Policies

  • All members must have outside CrossFit experience from a verifiable CrossFit gym OR have completed our Fundamentals Program. All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful way. There will be absolutely NO TOLERANCE for bullying, rude comments, hurtful language (both spoken or written on clothing) or any action that may make another feel uncomfortable.

  • Safety around each other and the equipment is paramount and anyone seen acting inappropriately will be spoken to and asked to leave if actions are not rectified.

  • All memberships will run for 4 week cycles, automatically renewing unless otherwise specified.

  • Any and all cancellations to memberships must be done in writing with 30 days notice. All members may place membership on HOLD for periods of 3 weeks or more during times of travel, illness, injury, etc.

  • Any canceled memberships forfeit any grandfathered pricing if and when new membership is contracted in the future.

  • There are no refunds for any classes or sessions canceled due to staff illness or inclement weather or other situations outside our control.

  • All Memberships must be paid in full, in advance.
