    Fundamentals Program

    $240 (3 1x1 sessions & first 4wks Unlimited Membership)

    This program is intended for individuals new to CrossFit. Across a minimum* of 3 sessions you and a trainer will work through the functional movements of CrossFit, as well as the more complex powerlifting and weightlifting movements, and more. These sessions will also introduce you to the terminology, expectations of the gym, gym etiquette and culture, and what you can expect in class.

    After graduation you will be ready to step into membership and group classes.

    *YYou and Your trainer may see a need for additional sessions. If so, you will be billed for them individually at $60/session.

    Personal Training

    $80/hour- sold in packages

    Personal training is offered to anyone who is interested. Clients will work one on one with an experienced coach to work through individual goals. Sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes long and can be purchased in packages of 5 or 10 sessions. All packages carry a 3 month expiration.

    30 min sessions:

    5 class package $200

    10 class package $400

    60 min sessions:

    5 class package $400

    10 class package $800
