A fun and empowering workshop providing you with the skills and techniques to connect and release
areas of stress & tightness within your body, maintain/improve mobility, and let go from constantly
feeling tight or sore. Therapy ball rolling will help to rejuvenate and hydrate the soft tissues with
sequences for the lower and upper body. This form of therapy enables you to take
wellness and healing into your own hands, by learning self -care practices that can be done at home and
in your own time. This workshop, Lower body, is essential for the active enthusiast who wants to
remain active, fit, strong, AND Injury Free.
This workshop is led by Kate Hildyard a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Practitioner, a certified Yoga
Therapist and Roll Model® Method Practitioner and a CrossFit enthusiast.
