Kid Fit Minis!
$75 (8 week session)
Kid Fit Minis! Is the most adorable 30 minutes of our week. In this program 3-5 year olds learn the excitement of physical activity and movement through games and teamwork. Without them realizing it, we make our way through safe functional movements and build socially interactive skills like listening to instruction, following cues, and taking initiative. We meet on Saturdays from 10:00-10:30am with Coach Sam.

$275 (2x/week, 8 week session)
Kid Fit is an 8 week session that brings 6-9 year olds together for an hour of fun and fitness education. In this program athletes learn about gym safety, movement safety, proper form and how to challenge themselves individually. Games and formal instruction are combined over one hour classes on Saturdays from 10:30am-11:30am with Coach Heather.
NEW!! Kid Fit athletes are now able to join for a second class weekly. Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 will also be available in 8 week sessions with Coach Sam.

Tween Fit
$150 (1x/week, 8 week session)
$275 (2x/week, 8 week session)
Tween Fit is a brand new 8 week session that brings 9-12 year olds together for an hour. In Tween Fit athletes move beyond basic movement form and start to look further into technique and how to safely push their physical limits. Light barbell movements, cardio, and high intensity body weight movements are used in constant variation on Saturdays from 10:30am-11:30am with Coach Sam.
NEW!! Tween Fit athletes are now able to join for a second class weekly. Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 will also be available in 8 week sessions with Coach Sam.

Teen Fit
$150 (8 week session)
Teen Fit is an 8 week session that brings 13-15 year olds together for an hour of group fitness education. In this program athletes learn about gym safety, movement safety, proper form and how to push themselves towards individual goals and increased fitness. Barbell movements, cardio, and high intensity movements are combined over one hour classes on Saturdays At a NEW TIME from 10:00am-11:00am. with Coach Lucas
